Many people asked me for information about the Jewish members of the Lievendag family. At this time I dont't know much about them. There are Jewish Lievendag families in the eastern part of the Netherlands, but I can't find any connection with my own family.

This April I was in Israël and visited the Holocaust Museum Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. In the Hall of Names I searched for people with the name Lievendag that were killed in the genocide during World War II and I found too many of them.
